Ferratec Werkzeug- und Formenbau Kunststofftechnik GmbH was founded in 1989 by our two managing directors, Mr. Kriegsmann and Mr. Jäger.
From the very beginning, the company’s development was characterized by the consistent reinvestment of profits, primarily in new technologies in the injection moulding and machine tool sector.
The company now employs almost 120 people at two locations and has a considerable machine park.

The main plant in Hösbach is home to the company’s own tool and mold making department, as well as part of the administration.
In the production halls there, mainly injection molding tools are manufactured, but the production of devices, gauges and punching tools is also part of the daily business.
In addition, all conceivable contract work can be carried out for the customer with the available skilled workers and machines, including Milling, die sinking, wire erosion and grinding.

The design office for the tools is also located in Hösbach.
The specialist department supports the company’s customers right from the start in the planning and design of new plastic parts, thereby helping to save time and costs.
As part of the consultation, it ensures that the plastic part is developed and designed correctly in terms of injection molding technology.

The company’s second site is located in Schöllkrippen.
This branch plant houses the plastic injection molding shop, merchandise management and logistics, shipping, a rework and assembly department, as well as an additional administration department.
