Workpieces are machined using state-of-the-art CNC lathes and advanced CNC 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines.
Spark erosion / EDM
The production of contours with very high precision is achieved cost-effectively on state-of-the-art CNC-controlled erosion machines.
The processes used are wire erosion and die sinking.

Turning
Precise, efficient and versatile, our CNC lathes offer the optimum solution for the production of your parts, from prototypes to series production, in various industries.
Inking
In order to produce the best possible product quality, molds must close to within a fraction of a millimeter.
We can press molds with a pressing force of up to 100 tons.

CAD/CAM programming
We have all common industry solutions for CAD/CAM programming. The file formats we can process include STEP, IGES, SAT, VDA-FS, DXF, SVG, STL and many more.

We use the latest generation of tactile measuring machines in our air-conditioned measuring room to measure our products.
